Thinking Green |
|
Even if you are not Irish, it is fun
to acknowledge St. Patrick's Day by wearing green. And who knows, it
might even bring you good luck! A little four-leaf clover embroiders
quickly and will fit on a sleeve hem, sock cuff or collar point. But
most any design will work if you use green thread or appliqué with
green fabric. Your best bets are any abstract design, a Celtic knot, a
flower with green leaves, a tree or even green eggs and ham. Be
creative. Have fun!
Another way to "think green" is to re-use and recycle. More on that tomorrow... Next issue: another thinking green |
